Cleric Orders Church Members to Cut Off Their Manhoods in Order to Serve God Better

A cleric known as "Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh" has been arrested and is facing charges of causing grievous bodily harm after being accused of persuading his followers to cut off their private parts. 

According to the police investigation, About 400 of Singh’s followers cut off their private parts at a hospital run by him. Singh has previously been interrogated over the murder of an investigative journalist and has also been accused of sexual assault, but has never been charged.

AIT Replies Tinubu's Threat to Sue And Demands N100bn Damages

AIT has now replied Bola Tinubu's threat to sue over a documentary titled “Unmasking The Real Tinubu” that was transmitted on the TV channel.

You can recall that "Bola Ahmed Tinubu" national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) had threatened to sue the channel owners for airing the documentary which he said was denigratory “in all respects.” In a letter written to the management of DAAR Communications Limited, owners of AIT on the 2nd of March, 2015, Tinubu gave the organization 24 hours to apologize and resile the publication.

Well, AIT is now out with their own reply. Read their statement below....

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo popularly known as "Baba-Iyabo" played a soccer game today against the Ogun State Executive Team which was led by the Governor, in celebration of his 78th birthday which is meant for tomorrow, 5th of March, 2015.

The soccer game is part of the programmes scheduled to celebrate the former president, having other programs outlined all through the week. Interestingly, the only two goals scored by his team were scored by Baba-Iyabo himself. The game ended 2-1. What a day full of fun for him. See more photos below after the cut..

Actor and famous comedian Saheed Mohammed a.k.a "Funky Mallam" was said to have survived food poisoning while on set of a movie. The particular part of the movie was shot at a location around Ikorodu few days ago. But thank God he's currently receiving treatment at a hospital (undisclosed) and is graciously doing better... I Will Return to My Otuoke House if I Lose – President Jonathan

Its like someone is beginning to accept his fate here... smiles, don't mind me!

President Goodluck Jonathan has just said that he will return to his Otuoke home in Bayelsa State, if by default, he loses the March 28 presidential election. Jonathan, who said Nigeria is not his father’s estate, was however is expectant of the very best in that he possible “will not lose the election.”

“But by default if i happen not to win the election; of course, I will go back to my village. The country is not my father’s estate,” he told the Quatar-based international television station, AlJazeera, on Monday night.

Nigeria International Singer, Nneka, Disses GEJ on CNN

Nigerian international singer Nneka shared her thoughts on President Goodluck Jonathan and his postponement of the general elections in Nigerian an interview with CNN .

In the course of the interview, The singer had to shed light on the political situation in the country, the elections and the president. According to her Goodluck Jonathan should have dealt with the issue of Boko Haram before the elections that was scheduled to hold originally on February 28.

INEC May Need To Reprint Ballot Papers

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) claims that a political party was not listed among the duly registered parties by the commission. And in view of this, there will be need for repring of ballot papers in order to have the forthcoming election free and fair enough.

This follows the ruling of a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja which ordered INEC to include the Young Democratic Party (YDP) among duly registered  political parties. Justice Ahmed Mohammed made the order in his judgment on the suit filed by the party, challenging its refusal of registration by INEC.

All the glasses of his car were smashed and he was robbed him of all valuables on sight. How brave, robbing in broad daylight. It high time we did something to avoid continous cases of this, security of life and properties should be held with great esteem by the Government. God help us all!!

"Miss Bum Bum Brazil" Runner Up is Back in the Hospital.. Bums Implants got Infected

The 2012 runner up for Miss bum bum Brazil, in person of Miss Andressa Urach is back to the hospital again. Prior to now, Andressa was in intensive care unit for one month because the fillers in her leg got infected, and on a fresh occasion she is back in the hospital because her Bum Bum implants got infected again.

She was rushed to the hospital after her bums implants got infected. Speaking from her hospital bed; Miss Andressa revealed that she has undergone an emergency operation to remove the substances from her left butt cheek, as her leg and life are at risk.

The two men simply disclosed as Dawoud Muhammad & Muhammad Awlu, were led by Boko Haram militants to a forest where they were made to kneel and confess their 'offenses' to the camera. 

APC behind fuel scarcity, President Jonathan campaigners allege

The fuel scarcity in lagos keeps going on the rise as we also have it in some other parts of Nigeria but the PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation is alleging sabotage by the opposition, APC.

"The Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Organisation (PDPPCO) yesterday has ascribed the sudden fuel scarcity in many parts of the country to a delibrate act of discruption by the opposition APC, which has penetrated the ranks of the fuel marketers.

Director of Media and Publicity of the PDPPCO, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, said in a statement in Abuja that the fuel marketers have taken a sub-contract from the opposition to frustrate supplies of petrol to fuel stations as part of a opulent plan to create tension in the crafty management of public affairs. See press statement below after the cut...

A fire outbreak has stroke in a plaza on Ereko Street in Idumota, Lagos Island. The fire started from the middle floor of the plaza and luckily, fire fighters this time quickly responded to the calls they got.

 Two other plazas have been affected by fire lately in Lagos Island, with traders loosing goods valued into millions of Naira. It was brought to attention that the Lagos State Governor, Babtunde Raji Fashola promised to help some of those traders start again when he visited them shortly after the fire incident. Aliya Saleem weighed a healthy 9lbs at birth but started piling on the pounds at four months old. She now weighs 2st 13lbs. Her mom is worried because she lost her second child to obesity before having Aliya, and now Aliya is growing more than normal.

The year’s biggest loser in dollar terms is Aliko Dangote of Nigeria, whose fortune dropped to $14.7 billion from $25 billion last year, propelled downward by an unaffordably weaker Nigerian currency and of-course the ridiculously shrinking demand for cement, his largest asset. He retains the title of Africa’s richest man anyways.

I found myself in a market place, oh! This market was so busy, many people were trying to buy,  while some trying to sell, some rendering services, while others were rushing just to be rendered  services. All this was just to earn a living and not to be left behind in the market square. 

I was  amazed to see these men busy that so many of them have forgotten they have a home, oh! what  a shame! It saddens to also see some men yet idle in this busy market place! Who are these ones idle in the market place? I ask. Why are they sitting down with their legs crossed, moping at each other very early in the morning? I didn’t stop asking.

The vice-president of Sierra Leone has put himself into quarantine after one of his bodyguards died from Ebola. 

Samuel Sam-Sumana said he would stay out of contact with others for 21 days as a precaution. There was this optimistic feeling after some visible evidence that the virus was on the decline in Sierra Leone at the end of last year but there has been a recent increase in confirmed cases.

A suspected female suicide bomber has been set ablaze by an irate mob while she was targeting the ever-busy Muda Lawal market in Bauchi State metropolis.

The mob were said to have carried out jungle justice on the lady after she refused to subject herself to a routine stop and search at the entrance of the market, ascetaining the intuition that she was a member of Boko Haram, whose insurgency including use of suicide female bombers has resulted in the death of about 20,000 people including in Bauchi.
