SHOCKING VIDEO: Bayelsa Governor Leads Thugs To Attack Court Sitting In Yenagoa

This is absolutely incredible and saddening. It will leave you in a state of tears for Bayelsa and Nigeria as a whole. Here’s how Premium Times reports it. Too sad.

The Bayelsa State Governor, Seriake Dickson, on Monday led a gang of thugs to attack a Federal High court in Bayelsa, a video obtained by Premium Times has shown. The video shows the governor, dressed in traditional Ijaw blazers, as he steps into the court premises, accompanied by his police guards and tagalong, before hooligans, including rifle wielding police officers, invaded and attacked the court.

Presidency to Investigate Audio Leak of Jonathan's Congratulatory Phone Call to Buhari

Listening to the release of the audio of President Jonathan congratulating Gen buhari on the phone, its normal to think that it was leaked by the presidency to make Pres. Jonathan look good but according to new reports, the presidency is embarrassed by the leak and has commenced a discreet investigation into how the phone conversation was leaked.

The presidency is now trying to find out if the leak came from his team or rather from Gen. Buhari's camp. A source told Saturday Sun; “Definitely, unauthorised release of a raw recording of the President’s telephone conversation, if from our (Presidency’s) end is a security breach that cannot go without being investigated,” the source said.

The source said if they find out the audio, which went viral two days ago, was from the Presidency, then further investigation would be conducted to fish out the brain behind it in order to determine appropriate punishment.

Why Celebrate a Child Who’s About to Write his Exams... Such Should Come When he Has Written and Passed - Etcetera Writes In Respect to Buhari

Why are we in any way dancing and joyous? Why do we keep rolling out the drums each time we have a new government, only for us to start crying few months down the line again? Is it that we are too quick to forget or we just love to dance? Do you celebrate a child who’s about to write his exams or the one who has written and passed? What is this jubilation for? Because I really don’t understand. Is it that the election of Buhari in itself has suddenly alleviated our sufferings? I am really confused here, hearing how six bikers lost their lives in Zaria celebrating Buhari’s victory.

One would think that a people who have been short-changed for so long by past presidents will know better to be calm and take every word of the new president with a pinch of salt until he proves to be different. This process is becoming an unending circle, again and again we’ve danced and again and again, we’ve cursed and cried at the end.

President Jonathan And Family Starts Packing Lugagges Out of Aso Rock

Punch has it that President Jonathan and his family members have started moving their personal belongings out of the Presidential Villa in Abuja. One of the newspaper's reporters said he saw some buses loaded with travel bags moving out of the President’s official residence yesterday afternoon Friday April 3rd.

It is now obvious that the president and his family will return to Otuoke, Bayelsa, once his tenure ends on 29th of May.

There are also reports that the reason for the early removal of personal belongings of the First Family is to allow for renovation work of the residence to commence before Buhari comes into power come May.
