Teenage Girl Stabs Boyfriend to Death for Attempted Rape in Lagos

The police in Lagos have arrested an 18-year-old lady, Kafayat Olawale, for allegedly stabbing to death her 32 year old boyfriend, Ojo Ijabike.

The incident happened on Friday on Olutola Adebayo Street, off Idimu Road, in the Alimosho area of Lagos State. Investigations by PUNCH Metro revealed that Ijabike, an indigene of Owo, Ondo State, had attempted to forcefully have carnal knowledge of the suspect when there was a scuffle between them. Olawale, who hails from Osun State, was said to have stabbed the deceased in the heart region, while the 32-year-old victim inflicted injuries on her.

The Akwa Ibom State Police Command on Tuesday arrested a 60-year-old pastor who is known as a traditional healer "Mr. Udo Job" for raping a 14-year-old daughter of one of his patients. The girl came to visit her sick father when the man sexually assaulted her. 

The Commissioner of Police in the state, Mr. Gabriel Achong, who was represented by the Assistant Commissioner of Police "Mike Okoli" said the pastor sent the girl’s mother to the market and lured her into his room and forcibly had his way with her. Adding to this, Punch said that parading a number of other rape suspects, the police also brought before journalists 11 secondary school students who gang-raped a 19-year-old girl in an open market at Esit Eket.

Adamu Abdullahi(42 yrears) has been sentenced to 15years in prison with hard labour over the rape of one 7year old girl.

This addictted rapist from Bauchi was made to face justice at the state high court, Bauchi. According to the state Director of Public Prosecutions, Dauda Yakubu, the accused forced the girl who is a neighbour's child, into his room where he brutally raped her and in the process, seriously injured her.

Primary 3 Girl in Lagos Gets Pregnant after being Raped

Tope Akintade; a 27 year old young man has being arrested by the police with the crime of impregnating a primary 3 (three) pupil after allegedly rapping her. Akintade and the poor pupil share the same compound on Baale Street, Agboju, Kuje in the Amuwo area of Lagos State. 

According to PUNCH Metro, the 13-year-old victim was outside washing plates in the afternoon, sometime in November, when Akintade, who hails from the Idanre Local Government Area, Ondo State, lured her to his room and forcefully had sex with her. the girl's aunt, who preferred to be anonymous because of the nature of the incident, had earlier warned the suspect to stay away from her niece when the girl complained that he was “playing rough play” with her.
